We will be following this procedure for the completion and return of your tax information:

  1.  Our office will give you a call to inform you of your results
    • Note: we will not leave the results of your return(s) on your voicemail
  2. Payment of our office’s invoice can be made:
    • Over the phone (905) 682-5567
    • Directly through an email sent to you from our office (Visa, MC, Paypal etc.,)
    • By e-transfer to rob@roberthendriks.ca
    • Or by cheque and mailed to our office
  3. We will send you the documents that we need signed via AdobeSign
  4. For those in an owing position:
    • The Remittance Voucher found in your completed DocuSign email outlines various ways to pay that do not require an in-person trip to the bank:
  5. For those in a refund position:
    • We recommend setting up Direct Deposit (DD) in 1 of 2 ways:
      • Providing us with DD information before the filing of your return
      • Through CRA MyAccount
  6. We will be returning the information you gave us to prepare your tax return(s) via Xpresspost (allows tracking)
